This house started as a ranch home with very little curb appeal. The homeowner loved the idea of a front porch that was inviting and a friendly addition in the neighborhood. The massing of the front elevation was varied, to not overwhelm the front yard. The new cedar perfection shingles were stained natural, to integrate with the landscape. The landscape has blooms throughout the growing season, creating pops of color. The family room, kitchen, library, master bedroom and backyard wood deck faces the adjacent golf course.
