This modification and renovation was accomplished within the existing square footage of the house for a family that loves to entertain family and friends. The kitchen, family dining and family room were combined to create one organized space. The new gas fireplace was centered on the reconfigured space. The kitchen and family room open to the patio that has an outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
