The existing details of this brick and stucco house were documented and replicated in the renovation and addition. The addition took advantage of the sloped site, locating the two-car garage in the cellar level. Covered porches were located on all elevations, inviting outdoor living. An informal gravel driveway and car park adds to the charm of this handsome, elegant home.
